Welcome to our latest update that brings Camera M up-to-date with iOS 13 and iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro!

iPhone 11 Pro

  • Triple Cameras

    • Individually access Ultra Wide, Wide Angle, and Telephoto cameras, or ask Siri to do it for you. 

  • Triple Photo Mode

    • Dual Photo mode now becomes Triple Photo mode with iPhone 11 Pro. With just one tap, capture three full-resolution, native images from each of the three cameras. The new overlay guide is there to help you compose properly. 

  • Depth Mode

    • Improved Depth mode now lets you capture depth images from Wide Angle camera as well as from Telephoto camera.


iPhone 11

  • Dual Cameras

    • Individually access Ultra Wide and Wide Angle cameras, or ask Siri to do it for you.

  • Dual Photo Mode

    • With just one tap, capture two full-resolution, native images from each of the two cameras.

  • Depth Mode

    • Capture depth images from Wide Angle camera.

Please note that RAW image format and manual focusing is not available with Ultra Wide camera.

New Camera Switcher

Simply tap to quickly switch between Telephoto, Wide Angle, and Ultra Wide cameras; no swiping or dragging is required. Press and hold for the full list of available cameras. Available for iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max.

iOS 13

Camera M is now fully optimized for iOS 13! It now lives in Dark Mode and fully designed around it. New Haptic Touch context menus in Camera Roll give convenient access to sharing and deleting content.

Depth Mode

In iOS 13, Depth mode captures semantics segmentation matte types for hair, skin, and teeth for future editing purposes. Toggle through all available maps in Camera Roll. 

Camera M now displays blur effect on camera preview for Depth mode. You also have the option to turn it off. Depth mode now only takes a single unprocessed photo with a depth maps attached. Inside Camera Roll, an option to save a second photo with aperture simulation up to f/1.0 is given. Choices range from f/1.0 to f/22.

Siri Shortcuts

We improved our comprehensive list of Siri Shortcuts to react swiftly when called. A new shortcut for switching to Ultra Wide Camera for iPhone 11 Pro is also added.

Other

We combined our two RAW shooting modes into just one for simplicity, while additional processed image option is available in Settings. We highly appreciate the feedback you have given us on this. 

  • Burst Mode is now faster with iOS 13.

  • Haptic Touch on Shutter Button to quickly add a 2 second timer, even on iPad!

  • We made improvements to Camera Specifications page. It is now simpler and easier to read.

  • Sharing process is now improved to get you in to share sheet quicker, and the bug with RAW sharing has been crushed.

  • We made meticulous visual tweaks through out to improve legibility and responsiveness.

  • We are still bound to keep Camera M strictly native to iOS, using only native API’s.
