Camera M Manual


Interface

Camera M has a straightforward and intuitive interface that is ergonomically designed. All controls are optimized to be used single-handedly on iPhone and have an uncompromising approach to user experience in landscape orientation.

Image file format indicator – Displays current image file format. This is located on Quick Settings button on iPhones without TrueDepth camera system and iPads.

Shooting mode indicator – Displays current Shooting mode. This is located on Shutter button on iPhones without TrueDepth camera system and iPads.

Control Strip – A single strip area that displays appropriate tools for each Preview Screen. This is only available on iPhones with TrueDepth camera system, this is located inside the preview screen on all other iPhones and iPads.

Control Center – A single island that contains all major controls. The island is rotated counterclockwise on iPads. Read more here: Control Center

Preview Screen - Camera preview display area that also contains gesture-based controls for manual camera controls. On iPads and iPhones without a TrueDepth camera system, this area also contains appropriate tools for each corresponding Preview Screen.

 


Interface Map

Camera M gives priority to manual controls. Each of these main manual controls has a dedicated screen that contains controls and tools.

Quick Settings and Settings

Simply swipe up or tap on Quick Settings button to open Quick Settings to set up basic shot settings. The swipe direction is to left on iPads.
